Enjoyed this really good stay in September. The room was extremely spacious and beautiful with good amenities. The staff was super-friendly and accommodating on arrival and throughout the stay. The room we had included central heating, TV and a mini bar fridge. The restaurant here was excellent!

The Hotel is located in a quiet suburb of Orvieto. It is spacious, with big rooms and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It has a nice breakfast buffet.
Just a remark- due to its location, it is suitable if you drive a car.

New-fashioned & air conditioned rooms with four windows and a balcony overlooking trees, for example.

Excellent place for exploring Orvieto. Quiet and wonderful hotel, the best 3 stars experience compared to other options. What a particularly good location in residential area! The amicable staff all round. A huge variety of excellent food for meals. Free parking onsite provided.

This was my very good stay in September. The hotel was fairly clean and staff were very friendly and efficient, everything was fine. The breakfast was satisfactory with many options, the food was good. Also, location was peaceful, around 10-15 minutes walk from Porta Maggiore.

We had a great stay! Best aspects were the comfortable and clean room, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and convenient parking. This city has a lot to offer and we were happy to be very close to the historical center.
No negatives from this place.

Large comfortable room, quiet location in ex-monastery. Helpful desk clerk. Better than usual breakfast for Italy. Nice view of Orvieto from balcony of the room we had. Plenty of on-site parking. Good location provided you have a vehicle. Free wi-fi in room.
Soundproofing between rooms inadequate. Slightly hard to find in outer suburb of (lower) Orvieto.

Our city break was made extra special by the comfortable and spacious rooms, and the helpful and friendly staff. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning which set us up perfectly for exploring the city. The hotel’s location was convenient, with good transport links nearby and plenty of parking available. We also appreciated the peace and quiet of the hotel, allowing us to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing.
The hotel’s exterior could use some sprucing up, as it looked a bit tired from the outside. we found the furnishings and decor of the hotel to be slightly dated.

The room is very big with very beautiful view over another ancient town. Room design was very rustic italian countryside style. Breakfast was one of the best i had in Italy. Many Fresh pastries and the cheese and cold meat was good. Room sparkling clean with modern bathroom. Shower room was bigger than other italian hotel and it comes with massage shower head. When we arrived, there was easter chocolate and sparking wine already in the room to welcome us!! location wise, it is near to other attraction. 25 mins drive to verterra and another 20 minutes to san gaminano.
Nothing at all!

The complementary chocolates and wine in our room were a lovely touch, and the breakfast buffet was quite good. the hotel's location near the main square and historic attractions was perfect, and made it easy for us to explore the city on foot. the staff were friendly and helpful, and gave us some great restaurant recommendations.
The room was a bit cramped, and the shower was small and hard to move around in. Unfortunately, our stay coincided with a large group of noisy tourists who kept us up at night and made the hotel feel crowded and chaotic.

Very helpful staff, large room with comfy bed and fair sized bathroom. Beautiful view from the window.
the evening meal was expensive and poor. It was the end of the season so it would appear that they were not expecting many guests but my sirloin steak was chewy and tough. In fairness the cook did try to give me something else to compensate. I couldn't understand her and she didn't speak English but she seemed genuinely upset that I had not been satisfied.

Pleasant atmosphere, helpful and polite staff, easy to access from city centre, competitively priced.
Some bedlinen and towels were very tired and could probably do with being replaced.
